Due to the shortage of the qualified license practical nurses the initial salaries for them are higher compared to the candidates of other field.

LPN salaries based on the years of experience

If the experience is about 1 year pay scale of LPN is $15.95 per hour, if it is around 1-4 years’ salary will be around $17.25 per hour, if the experience is between  5-9 years the pay scale of LPN is around $19.76 per hour and if the experience is about 10years the salary is fixed to $19.85 per hour.
